Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited conduct on the Platform, how violations are handled, and how to report suspicious activity.
Executive Summary
This Acceptable Use Policy exists for one reason: to keep WE ARE TOGETHER a place where serious investors, entrepreneurs, and institutional partners can operate without noise, abuse, or bad-faith actors. Most Users will never come close to breaching it — it targets a small minority of harmful behavior, not ordinary use.
1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy supplements our Terms & Conditions and applies to all use of the Platform, including any Account, form submission, uploaded material, or communication with our team or other Users.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: 1. Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form, Consultation, Project Submission, or Request Access application. 2. Use the Platform to launder money, finance illicit activity, or circumvent applicable sanctions or AML/KYC requirements. 3. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization. 4. Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or another User's Account. 5. Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Platform data using automated means without our prior written consent. 6. Use the Platform to harass, defame, or threaten another User, Partner, or member of our team. 7. Reproduce, redistribute, or exploit Platform Content for commercial purposes beyond what our Terms & Conditions and Copyright & Intellectual Property policy permit. 8. Submit a project for review that you know to contain materially false financial or legal information.
3. Consequences of Violation
A violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in removal of the relevant Content, suspension or termination of your Account as described in our Terms & Conditions, and — where the conduct is unlawful — referral to the competent Moroccan authorities.
Why this matters: enforcing this policy consistently is what keeps the Opportunities and directories on this Platform genuinely trustworthy for everyone using them. It is a protection for good-faith Users, not a threat against them.
4. Reporting a Violation
If you become aware of conduct that may violate this policy — including a suspicious Opportunity listing, a fraudulent communication claiming to be from WE ARE TOGETHER, or misuse of your Account — report it to security@wearetogether.example or legal@wearetogether.example. We investigate every report we receive.
