Trust is not a page. It's the sum of every commitment WE ARE TOGETHER makes to the people who use this Platform — investors, entrepreneurs, and institutional partners alike. This overview is the front door to all of them: what we promise, how we're governed, and where to find the specific policy that answers your question.

1. Why We Built a Trust Center

Most platforms bury their legal and compliance information in a handful of dense, disconnected pages. We built the opposite: a single, structured Trust Center where every policy is written to the same standard, kept current, and available in both English and native Arabic — because an institutional investor evaluating WE ARE TOGETHER should be able to evaluate our governance with the same rigor we ask them to apply to any investment Opportunity.

2. Who We Are

WE ARE TOGETHER is the commercial brand of its operating company, incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, with its registered office in Casablanca. Full corporate registration details — including our Commercial Registry (RC) and Common Enterprise Identifier (ICE) numbers — are published in our Legal Notice.

3. How Our Policies Are Organized

4. Our Governing Principles

1. We disclose our corporate identity and regulatory posture rather than hiding behind vague language. 2. We never present a placeholder as a verified fact — where a detail is genuinely pending, we say so. 3. We hold ourselves to internationally recognized standards even where Moroccan law does not strictly require it. 4. We keep every policy current, versioned, and dated, so you always know exactly what you're agreeing to. 5. We write every document to be understood, not just to be legally sufficient.

Why this matters: any one of these principles, stated alone, is a claim. All twenty documents in this Trust Center, consistent with each other and with these principles, are the evidence.

5. How We Keep This Trust Center Current

Every document carries a version number, an effective date, and a last-updated date, and every substantive change is recorded in that document's own Version History. Nothing in this Trust Center changes silently.

6. Consent and Acceptance

Where a specific action requires your acceptance of a policy — for example, creating an Account or submitting a Newsletter subscription — we record that acceptance, including the document version, timestamp, and method of consent, permanently and without exception. This record is never overwritten, even by a later acceptance.
