What requesting data room access or submitting a project for review commits you to, our review process, and timelines.
Executive Summary
Requesting access to a data room, or submitting a project for review, are two of the most consequential actions on WE ARE TOGETHER — for an Investor, it's the gateway to material non-public information; for an entrepreneur, it's an invitation to be evaluated by real capital. These terms explain exactly what each request commits you to.
1. Purpose and Scope
These Request Access Terms apply to (a) an Investor's request for access to a data room or additional materials relating to an Opportunity, and (b) an entrepreneur's submission of a project for review and potential listing (a "Project Submission"). They supplement our Terms & Conditions.
2. Requesting Access as an Investor
When you request access to a specific Opportunity's data room, you confirm that: (a) the information you provide about yourself and your investment capacity is accurate; (b) you understand the confidentiality obligations described in our Investor Confidentiality Policy apply to any material you receive; and (c) we, or the project sponsor, may decline your request at our reasonable discretion — access is not automatic or guaranteed.
3. Submitting a Project
When you submit a project for review, you confirm that: (a) you have the legal authority to submit the materials and information provided; (b) the information is accurate and not materially misleading; and (c) you understand submission does not guarantee listing, introduction to any Investor, or any particular outcome.
A serious commitment
Submitting materially false financial or legal information about a project is a serious matter — it violates our Acceptable Use Policy and may be referred to the competent Moroccan authorities where the conduct is unlawful.
4. Our Review Process
We review Project Submissions for completeness and plausibility before any potential listing or introduction to Investors. This review is not equivalent to financial or legal due diligence, and inclusion on the Platform is not an endorsement of the project's merits — see our Disclaimer.
Why this matters: we want every entrepreneur to know precisely what our review does and does not verify, so submitting a project never feels like a black box.
5. Timeline
We aim to acknowledge a Project Submission within 5 business days and to provide a substantive update — whether an advancement, a request for more information, or a decision — within 20 business days. Data room access requests are typically processed within 3 business days.
6. Withdrawal
You may withdraw a Project Submission or a data room access request at any time by contacting legal@wearetogether.example. See our Terms & Conditions, Section 8, and our Copyright & Intellectual Property policy for how we handle your materials after withdrawal.
7. Fees
Requesting access or submitting a project through the Platform is provided free of charge, consistent with our Terms & Conditions, Section 10.
